I am sending this email out in an effort to try to help Jeff and Susan Reese. This past spring, they were hit head on by a drunk driver and have spent the summer and winter recovering from the months they were in a coma. Medical bills are through the roof, and beyond the physical battle, once otherwise settled people are financially looking at bills well beyond their means. PLEASE help me with this.
The film was the brainchild of famed producer Les Guthman. It is a theatrical documentary film on high altitude skiing, and in his opinion, is one of if not his best films ever. He has produced over 300 films, was the director of Outside Magazine TV, and has produced numerous films for National Geographic as well as most major television medias. The film includes local ski mountaineers from Andre Roch and Frits Stammberger, to Chris Davenport, and includes an interview with arguably the most accomplished person of the sport, Hans Kammerlander, the first person to ski Everest, as well as a partnership with Reihold Messner in the other 8,000 meter peak arenas.
Thanks and please pass the word on this, and hope to see you there. If not, a fund has been set up at Alpine Bank to help with this. Jeff has been a life-long buddy, and he needs help.
